Meet The Owners
Matt has spent his career in the financial and investments industry. He holds and ungraduate degree in finance and accounting from the College of William & Mary and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is from Richmond, Virginia and lives in Downtown Charleston. In his free time, he enjoys going to Sullivan’s Island and running around the Battery and Hampton Park.
Andy has spent his career in the financial and healthcare industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. He's from and currently resides in New York, New York. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his son at the zoo.

Our mission is to provide property owners with strong financial returns and peace of mind while providing residents with a great rental experience.
Our Vision
Matterhorn was founded by Andy and Matt, long-time friends and business partners who each experienced property management from both sides, as property owners and as tenants. Through those experiences, we saw firsthand what exceptional management looks like and what the cost of poor management truly is. The difference, we found, always came down to two things: attentiveness and genuine ownership of the outcome.
That insight became the foundation of Matterhorn Property Management. We set out to build the kind of property management company we always wished existed, one that is hands-on, highly responsive, and genuinely invested in both the property and the people living in it. Today, we bring that same commitment to every home and apartment we manage across the Charleston metro area.
